Break Up Advice
You may have heard that time heals all wounds; this is particularly true in the case of getting over a break up. The feelings and emotions experienced during a break up can become so intense that you may feel that they could last forever and that there will be no end to the hell that is the broken heart.
During the break up itself, you may find yourself experiencing some different symptoms such as numbness, shortness of breath, increased heart rate, dizziness, nausea or vomiting. Many feelings occur due to the embarrassment we feel from being broken up with.
Allow the break up to occur, do not try and stop it. You may experience a period of numbness, in which you won’t feel anything and you won’t know what to think.
It is important to know how to effectively deal with the pain from a break up in order to move on. You may find yourself becoming angry, depressed or both.
Give yourself time to feel the emotions, however remain aware of just how much time you are taking to do so. Allowing yourself to feel these emotions will aid in you accepting them and the situation and will ultimately allow you to free yourself from them and move on.
There is someone out there for you and you will find them.
